To support the delivery of efficient and high-quality diagnostic laboratory services at Mildmay Hospital Uganda, contributing to effective patient care, research, and strategic program implementation in line with institutional standards.
Expected Key Result Areas:
- Perform accurate and timely laboratory tests to support clinical decision-making and patient management
- Participate in laboratory-based research to inform program management, contribute to scientific knowledge, and support affiliated research initiatives
- Team Collaboration and Support
- Contribute to departmental planning and the execution of planned targets
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Techniques
- Valid Registration and Licence with Allied Health Professional Council
Job Related Experience and Knowledge:
- 1-year experience in a busy Hospital/Lab
