Land Technical Officer
Responsibilities:
- Scout and identify prospective land acquisitions.
- Utilize handheld and differential GPS, tape measures, etc., for precise land measurement.
- Demarcate land into saleable plots.
- Oversee road administration within plot sites.
- Install beacons and plot boundaries, ensuring compliance with neighboring lands.
- Offer expert advice on land matters, liaising with the Ministry of Lands and city councils.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Land Management from a recognized institution.
