We are seeking an experienced mid-level Lead Generation Specialist to play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, with a specific focus on the BPO/RPO industry.
Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and industry trends within the digital marketing sector.

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies tailored to the digital marketing industry to meet and exceed sales targets.

Utilize various channels such as social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking events specific to the BPO space.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.

Create and maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Analyze and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns in the digital marketing sector, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and develop relationships to facilitate the sales process.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist in the BPO/RPO industry.

Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and best practices within the digital marketing sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.

At least 4+ years of experience in the same role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
