Nestlé is currently looking for a Leadership Learning and Training Lead at our Nestle CWA office who will be responsible for definition of Leadership learning and development  needs, designing and delivering the agreed local portfolio (in line with the principles of the Learning global strategy).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying leadership gaps across all levels in the organization
  • Lead the design, the build and the delivery of the agreed selected leadership learning portfolio, leveraging the regional CoC resources and capabilities.
  •  Ensure the alignment of the local portfolio with the Nestlé global L&D Strategy.
  • Support the delivery of the global and regional Learning and Development solutions in the market (if any) coordinating the administration and providing local trainers. Deliver at regional level of an identified set of Leadership Learning solutions and/or modules.
  • Deliver appropriate training and coaching to transfer leadership knowledge to across all function.
  • Ascertain the effectiveness of all leadership learning solutions and its impact in driving high performance.
