Preferred candidate will be providing support to the overall business strategy and support’s business growth through its Learning & Development initiatives. In addition, the role is to develop and enhance the organization’s talent/grow Mikano’s future leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training co-ordination, must be a certified trainer. Experience:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in learning and development function. Experienced in designing/deploying e-learning initiatives will be beneficial. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in similar role; vendor management experience is required.
