QUALIFICATIONS
• Holder of a PhD, a Master Degree with at least a GPA of 4.0 out of 5 and the First Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 5 in the relevant field.
• Prior experience in teaching at University level is an added advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lecturer is expected to:
• Carry out lectures, conduct tutorials, seminars and practical, invigilation and assessment for undergraduate and postgraduate programs;
• Conduct research and publish in the areas of specialization;
• Carry out consultancies and community services;
• Conduct and publish/disseminate research results;
• Write teaching manuals and compendia;
• Attend/organize workshops, conferences and symposia;
• Mentor junior staff in relevant fields;
• Supervise field practical, undergraduate special projects, Master’s dissertations/theses and;
• Perform any other relevant duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by relevant authorities.
