Responsibilities

• Provide academic instruction to students in courses assigned
• Undertake research/publication in areas of academic interest
• Undertake effective assessment of students academic performance
• Supervise students research
• Serve as mentor/counsellor to students

• Must have credible scholarly credential in teaching, research and publication
• Must exhibit high sense of work ethics and diligence
• Must have proven capacity to motivate and inspire staff and students
• Must demonstrate ability to provide academic leadership

Qualification Required & Experience

• A candidate seeking for appointment as a Lecturer should hold a PhD in any of the disciplines stated above OR
• Is already a Lecturer / Senior / Lecturer / Associate Professor / Professor in the related discipline and holds a PhD
• Must have considerable number of years of teaching and research experience at university or comparable institution
• Candidates applying for Midwifery and Nursing must have active Pin Number from the relevant professional bodies
