Job Purpose: To provide legal advisory services, ensure regulatory compliance, manage legal risks, and support management to safeguard the interests of Mandela National Stadium Limited.
Key responsibilities
1. Provide legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, and administrative
matters.
2. Draft, review, and implement contracts, MoUs, agreements, and legal documents.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, regulatory frameworks, and governance
standards.
4. Represent the organization in legal proceedings and coordinate with external legal service
providers.
5. Develop risk mitigation strategies and compliance mechanisms.
6. Support the Managing Director in Board matters, including preparation of legal briefs and
documentation.
7. Provide guidance on disciplinary processes, labour-related matters, and dispute resolution.
8. Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization and advise accordingly.
Job specifications
• Bachelor’s degree (honours) in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from LDC.
