Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to ensure the institution operates within the law.
- Draft, review, and interpret contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the institution in court proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel.
- Handle litigation, recoveries, and enforcement of security interests.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
