Unifi is a fast-growing finance and technology company operating in Zambia, South Africa, Uganda and Kenya. Unifi delivers personal lending products through online, mobile phone and branch channels. The company is well supported by strong shareholders and a board of directors with vast experience in entrepreneurship and lending.

Unifi is looking for loan consultants that will be the face of Unifi that will be responsible for the provision of loans to customers. .

Responsibilities

1. Receive, assist, and direct clients in a courteous, efficient, and welcoming manner projecting a positive, friendly, and professional image.
2. Enter all new client’s details into the client registration system either manually or electronically.
3. Checking documents and informing applicants of additional requirements and documents.
4. Ensure all loans are properly documented with accurate and complete information.
5. Maintaining client’s right to privacy and confidentiality throughout the loan process.
6. Attending all customer inquiries/questions by delivering first-class customer service.
7. Ensure full compliance with the Unifi credit policy.
8. Ensure proper cash management.
9. Ensure that clients have the right information regarding the products, promotions, and other value-added services.
10. Assist the branch in achieving set KPIs and operational goals
11. Actively participate in all brand awareness and marketing activities
12. Maintain thriving relationships with customers and stakeholders.
