Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics and Sales Support Officer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of our logistics and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including order processing, shipment
  tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in optimizing stock levels to meet demand while minimizing
  excess inventory.
• Handle shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures to ensure compliance with
  regulations.
• Resolve logistics issues and discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain a smooth supply chain.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the
  CRM system.
• Generate sales reports and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
  improvement.
• Work closely with the customer service team to address issues related to logistics and sales
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales and logistics activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Diploma in Business, logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and sales support roles
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management
• Must possess a driving licence (C1)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalion
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
