Identify, develop and work with regions to implement continuous improvement programs for customer engagement.
• Build capability programs that support superior customer engagement.
• Analysing of fill rates
• Identify factors affecting fill rates
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures
• Sharing of best practices across regions and other CCBA countries
• Weekly engagement with National Accounts, Districts and NAM’s
• Develop and implement effective tools that support regions, districts and NAMs.
• Support Regions in Implementation of logistics projects
Qualifications:
• University Degree / Diploma in transport Logistics or Sales & Marketing Experience:
• FMCG Sales & Logistics knowledge and understanding
• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Logistics or Sales environment
• Advance PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, QlikView, Margin Minder)
• At least Code 08 Driver’s License
• Understanding and knowledge of the CCBSA value chain system would be advantageous Competencies:
