Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for the role of Logistics Excellence Specialist.

The position is structured to report to the Logistics Excellence Manager and the incumbent is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of world class logistics ways and other change management initiatives, as well as to provide support to operational teams through the identification, development, coordination and/or implementation of improvement initiatives in support of the Business Strategy.

Responsibilities 

Leads the Supply Chain Ways Change Management Process

Drives Loss and Waste Analysis

Drives adherence to Divisional Standards

Facilitates key Leader Training Programs

Coaching and Mentoring

Experience 

First Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
