Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and continuously improve supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to industry best practices;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in supplier performance;
  • Monitor and analyze supplier Net promoters Score to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance supplier relationships;
  • Conduct regular supplier Quarterly Business Reviews to evaluate performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for collaboration and cost savings;
  • Ensure compliance with supply chain governance standards, including conducting audits, managing risks, and reviewing cybersecurity measures;
  • Identify opportunities for supply chain automation and lead initiatives to streamline processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs;
  • Coordinate procurement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the procurement team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives;
  • Collaborate with finance and other relevant departments to coordinate and manage the procurement budget effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field;
  • Proven leadership experience in supply chain operations, ideally with a focus on strategic influence;
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions;
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders at various levels;
  • Experience in conducting supplier performance evaluations, QBRs, and implementing supplier relationship management strategies;
  • Familiarity with supply chain governance, compliance, and risk management practices;
  • Proficiency in supply chain automation tools and technologies;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
