AmaliTech is seeking an IT-savvy and oriented candidate with 1-2 years of experience in MS O365 and
Windows Server 2012 R2 to join our Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Level support on Exchange 2013/Exchange 2019/Exchange Online (O365)
- Receiving, handling, and updating incident tickets
- Operating Exchange servers
- Operating O365 Mailboxes
- Communicating with different teams through problem-solving process (1st level / 3rd level /
Microsoft) - Generating reports
Qualification
- Knowledge of some version of Exchange, MS O365 and Windows Server 2012 R2 is required to
perform the above tasks - Proficiency in the English Language

- Proficiency in cloud-based technologies
- Knowledge of Powershell or other programming/script languages
