Key Result Areas
1. The structural integrity and functionality of hospital buildings and installations preserved by performing regular inspections, repairs, and preventative measures, ensuring patient and staff safety;
2. A functionality and safety of all hospital furniture and equipment maintained by ensuring regular inspection and repairs;
3. Maintenance records for all hospital infrastructure, furniture and equipment regularly updated; and
4. Timely and effective reporting on the status of all hospital infrastructure, furniture and equipment.
Required Qualifications:
1. A Minimum of Craft Part 2 (Advanced Craft Certificate) in brick laying and Concrete practice or carpentry and Joinery works
2. Diploma in Civil or Water Engaineering
3. Certificate in welding and Metal fabrication.
Required skills:
1. Knowledge and experience in welding and Metal Fabrication.
2. Experience in carpentry and joinery work.
3. Basic Knowledge in plumbing works.
4. Knowledge and skills in repair, servicing and maintenance of metallic facilities and equipment

Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point and Engineering drawing software’s (CAD).
Age
Should be 25 years and above.
Experience
At least 5 years’ experience working in a related filed
