Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a data driven system analysis to ensure continuous system improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring all POS and ecommerce technical support issues are resolved within SLA.
- Managing the configuration and testing of the POS applications and its validity.
- Carrying out Terminal Management System (TMS) configurations and reporting
- Establish and maintain data processing schedules and controls to ensure timely delivery of quality assured outputs.
- Ensure 24*7 availability of the Switch and Payments systems as required by users
- Keep track of systems and user related issues and attend to them promptly.
- Be the driving force behind process optimization: by contributing to continuous service improvements, change management and documentations.
- Perform system upgrades and apply system patches promptly received from system vendors.
The Person
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business or Engineering or related field or a related field of study.
- 5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
- 3 years PÒS experience.
- 3 years’ Ecommerce experience.
