Job Purpose: Monitor the implementation of strategies for marketing, client acquisition,
sponsorship, and brand management to enhance the
Stadium’s business growth and revenue generation as well as visibility and profitability.
Key responsibilities
1. Identify, negotiate, and secure commercial partnerships, sponsorships, and concessions that
maximize revenue and enhance the stadium’s
profile.
2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to inform business
decisions and promotional strategies.
3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, and public relations activities across
digital and traditional platforms.
4. Monitor and evaluate sales, sponsorship, and concession performance against targets, and
provide actionable reports and
recommendations.
5. Manage branding, corporate communication, and digital presence to strengthen the stadium’s
image and outreach.
6. Coordinate customer feedback mechanisms and implement improvements to commercial,
marketing and sales service offerings.
Job specifications
• Bachelor’s degree (honours) and Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
Commerce, or a related field from a recognized
institution.
• Professional certification in Marketing (e.g.,
CIM)
• Strong skills in customer services and interpersonal relations, communication,
negotiation, team management, problem solving and creativity
