Job Purpose: To manage the organization’s internal and external communications, media relations, branding, and public engagement, ensuring positive visibility and
promotion of the Stadium’s activities.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop and implement the organization’s communication, branding, and media strategy.
2. Manage all media relations, including press releases, interviews, media coverage, and crisis communication.
3. Develop and monitor strategies for creation and dissemination of digital content across social media
platforms, website, and newsletters.
4. Coordinates internal communication to ensure staff awareness of policies, events, and initiatives.
5. Organizes and manages public events, press briefings, and promotional campaigns.
6. Monitors public perception of the stadium and advises management on communication responses and improvements.
Job specifications
• Bachelor’s degree (honours) and Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or Public Relations from a recognized institution.
• Strong competences in Oral and Written
Communication, Creativity and Innovation, Networking and Relationship Management, and confidentiality.
• Six (6) years working experience, three (3) of which should have been at senior or supervisory level in management in a reputable organization.
