Main Job Functions:
• To Develop tools that provide quick visibility of S&D staff and partner commissions
• Provide solutions that automate the manual business operational processes like commission calculations for both staff and partners
• Provide Insights and analysis on performance gaps and closing them through digitization
• Design Data quality management framework, including data quality standards, methods, tools and governance for MTN S&D partners
• Building a system by which predictive analytics of performance can be conducted ensuring proactive addressing of performance issues.
• Providing visualized analytics to the S&D Management including corrective actions and recommendations.
• Conduct market and industry research to stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies.
Education:
Experience:
- A mininum 2 years’ experience
- Exposure in a Sales Operations environment at a planning level is desirable
- Experience in data analysis, report visualization and application development
