Key Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track key metrics to ensure business alignment, developing automated dashboards and reports for leadership using Power BI and SQL. Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency for effective decision-making.
- Business Insights & Decision Support
Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities. Assess the impact of pricing, promotions, and market dynamics, providing data-driven insights to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and FinTech teams to align strategies. Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Process Optimization & Digital Transformation
Drive automation and integration of advanced analytics tools to enhance reporting and decision-making. Continuously refine data workflows and reporting systems for efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture through coaching and feedback.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and a Master’s degree is desirable.
Work Experience
- 5 years of experience in business performance management, financial analysis, or reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Power BI, SQL, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel modeling.
- Solid understanding of telecom industry KPIs, revenue streams, and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and simplify complex data for decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and results-driven approach.
- Experience in financial modeling, business analytics, and performance reporting.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive strategic initiatives.
