Key Responsibilities

Plant Administration Management:

Oversee and manage the entire scope of Plant Administration, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment for all employees and visitors.

Facility management, canteen operations, and transport logistics:

the upkeep and maintenance of plant facilities, ensuring a conducive working environment.

with relevant teams to address facility-related issues promptly

Supervise canteen operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely service.

Manage transport logistics for employees, optimizing routes and schedules

Stakeholder Management and SOP:

Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.

Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and government authorities as required

Develop and implement standardized administrative SOPs, ensuring consistent and efficient processes.

Monitor adherence to SOPs and recommend improvements as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum of 10 Years of Administration with facility management, canteen operations, and transport logistics experience, Plant Administration experience in Steel/ Manufacturing set up. Africa experience would be an added advantage.

Graduate / MBA

Minimum 10 years of experience in plant administration or a related role, with a demonstrated track record of progressive responsibility. Experience working in a Steel/ Mining Sector.

Strong knowledge of facility management, canteen operations, and transport logistics.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in implementing and improving administrative SOPs
