As a Market Insights Analyst, you will report directly to the Country Lead: Market Insights. The Market Insights Analyst is responsible for collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing data and knowledge across multiple sources and projects to generate actionable insights. The role supports evidence-based decision-making, continuous learning, and strategic planning by
transforming complex data into insights.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, insights, opportunities, and problems to support key business decision making.
- Connect multiple data sources and build consolidated, streamlined and consumable reports which drive key business insights to support
- critical decision making.
- Plan, build and implement innovative analytic methodologies, procedures and models in order to guide strategic decision making within
- the business.
- Conduct scenario testing for proposed business decisions or solutions to unpack potential impact.
- Research and benchmark best practice to identify and recommend optimal performance practices and metrics for the business.
- Collaborate with business functions to analyse and identify opportunities, and devise tools and visualisations, dashboards, briefs, and
- presentations to drive optimal performance tailored to different audiences.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Track and analyse key performance metrics.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and knowledge management platforms.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum requirement: An Honor’s Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Added advantage: Certification in Data Analysis & Modelling.
