Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Conduct in-depth research of the macroeconomic conditions of assigned countries relevant for healthcare sector and medical device industry
- Support with assessing the medical device market, including market size, growth potential, and key players
- Map out available healthcare financing, including foreign investment
- Help to identify key short, mid and long term opportunities for medical device industry
Required Knowledge:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in economics, public health, business, market research, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English
- Based in Nairobi, Kenya
- Strong analytical and research skills with ability to synthetize and report out

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Would be a plus:
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector and/or medical device market
- Previous experience in market research or data analysis
