Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase hospital visibility and patient intake.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the healthcare sector.
- Foster relationships with community organizations, businesses, and healthcare providers to build partnerships and referral networks.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Organize and participate in events, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Develop and execute business development plans to expand the hospital’s services and patient base.
- Analyze marketing and business development performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the hospital management team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Train and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve the hospital’s market position.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
