Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to raise awareness about the Breath of Heaven Childrens Ministries and its mission.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and content for promotional materials.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms to enhance the organization’s online presence.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to inquiries or comments.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling content, including but not limited to blog posts, newsletters, and press releases, to showcase the organization’s impact and success stories.
Community Outreach:
- Identify and build relationships with community partners, local businesses, and other stakeholders to enhance the organization’s outreach efforts.
- Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and presentations to increase community involvement.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding across all materials and communications.
- Develop and maintain a positive public image for the organization.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with volunteers and staff to support outreach events and activities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and recommend improvements.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Passion for the mission and values of the non-profit sector.
