Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to raise awareness about the Breath of Heaven Childrens Ministries and its mission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and content for promotional materials.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and curate content for social media platforms to enhance the organization’s online presence.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to inquiries or comments.

Content Creation:

  • Create compelling content, including but not limited to blog posts, newsletters, and press releases, to showcase the organization’s impact and success stories.

Community Outreach:

  • Identify and build relationships with community partners, local businesses, and other stakeholders to enhance the organization’s outreach efforts.
  • Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and presentations to increase community involvement.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent branding across all materials and communications.
  • Develop and maintain a positive public image for the organization.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with volunteers and staff to support outreach events and activities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and recommend improvements.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • A member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Passion for the mission and values of the non-profit sector.
