The Marketing Manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing sales plans. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. The Sales and Marketing Manager also manages both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company’s operational goals.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develops systems and procedures that enhance the sales performance of the company;
- Identifies opportunities in the market to increase sales volume through new marketing strategies or product offerings;
- Coordinates with other members of the team to prepare for events such as open houses or new home launches;
- Presents offers to buyers to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale;
- Reviews market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area;
- Meets regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth;
- Manages a team of real estate agents to ensure that they are meeting their goals and providing quality service to clients;
- Develops, manages and coordinates all marketing strategies, and sales activities of the company;
- plans, organizes and directs the marketing and sales activities and to identifies market opportunities;
- Formulates short- and long-term marketing plan;
- Plans, organizes, executes and manages events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, training sessions;
- Participates actively in promotional activities;
- Explores constantly and recommends uses and optimize promotion methods, and technologies to engage with various audiences;
- Conducts regular reviews of the brand and customer satisfaction on continuous basis;
- Conducts periodical market research;
- Ensures that sales is recorded, compiled and analyzed for future planning;
- Prepares and submits periodic reports to the SSD.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the SSD.
Job Requirements
Education:
MA or BA degree in Marketing management/ Business Management or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years for MA degree out of which 3 years of experience in managerial position in similar industries
- Minimum of 10 years for BA degree out of which 5 years of experience in managerial position in similar industries.
