This role is responsible for assisting the Bank’s overall Corporate Marketing and
Communications Manager to deliver the Brand and Marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Marketing Plan Execution: Assist in the implementation of marketing plans across
various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, including
planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and
competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media presence across different platforms,
creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand
mentions.
• Email Marketing: Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns
to nurture leads, promote products/services, and communicate company updates.
• Event Planning & Management: Support the planning and execution of marketing
events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and webinars.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring
efficient allocation of resources.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance
indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide
regular reports on results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development,
and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, such as printers,
designers, and advertising agencies.
