Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling of security products and services.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Negotiating sales and closing sales.
• Customer service.
• Gathering of customer information.
• Taking customer complaints and suggestions.
• Taking part in promotional activities.
• Identify new business potential within the region and increase customer base through implementing sales
• and marketing initiatives.
• Creation and updating of marketing materials including flyers for upcoming events, banners.
• Conducting market research to understand customer needs.
• Preparation of security services quotation.
• Develop the marketing strategy for the Organization.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Qualifications and Experience

5 O levels.
• Be at least 18- 35 years of age
• Must have a certificate or Diploma in sales and Marketing.
• Knowledge of the security industry is a must
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Officer at a Security company
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and excel
