Qualifications/Skills
Education: B.A/M.A/M.S.C Degree in social science, economics, sociology, statistics, development studies or other related fields
Experience: at least 4 years for BA or minimum of 2 years for MA of relevant NGO work experience in developing M&E plans, training staff, capacity building, quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis and reporting, and/or other aspects of M&E in developmental and emergency contexts.
Competency Requirements:
- Experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning in child and
youth related emergency and developmental projects. - Good understanding of emergency and development projects context and experience working with different donors, including EU, USAID, UN agencies and others.
- Experience in data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and handling of electronic data collection tools.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills including positively influencing existing mind-sets, negotiation, and coaching.
