To ensure the smooth running of the installed generators for capacity utilization.
THE DUTIES
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all diesel and gas generators in the factory.
- Carry out maintenance and repairs of ancillary equipment’s for the running of the generators
- Operates all diesel and gas generators in the factory to achieve efficient plant operation
- Installation of new plant equipment and modifications of existing installations
- Carry out overhauls of power generating assets
- Inspect power plant equipment and report findings
- Carry out breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting/fault finding of generators and equipment.
- To keep accurate records of maintenance, repair and plant operations.
- Carry out any other assigned task.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Possess a strong foundation of in technical skills, proficient in utilizing various tools and technologies to deliver efficient solution.
- Understanding and interpreting technical documents and manuals.
- Have a strong interpersonal skill.
QUALIFICATION
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings/NABTEB/ Trade test
