- Assist in servicing and repair of institute’s vehicles both petrol and diesel engine.
- Perform overhauling of vehicles components.
- Assist in preparing of vehicles for road worthiness.
- Recovery of breakdown vehicles and checking of vehicles for long trips.
- Assist in cleaning and maintenance of workshop and equipment.
- Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
Competencies:
- The ideal candidate must:
- Have ability to handle mechanical equipment in the workshop.
- Be computer literate with good initiative and have ability to work under minimal supervision.
