The role oversees project planning, designing, execution, supervision and documentation alongside plant utility installations and maintenance for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

•Oversee all project related to the plant.

•Plan projects and evaluate.

•Carry out design and AutoCAD drawing of the project to be executed.

•Prepare material data sheet for project and service requisition for project works.

•Check and ensure that materials to be supplied to project sites are according to specifications.

•Supervise project executions from site preparations to project job completion.

•Ensure all project work resources are adequately accommodated and carry out necessary project documentations.

•Draw up maintenance programmes and ensure their execution.

•Ensure pump and pipeline spare parts are available for use by placing timely orders.

•Implement all requirements of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and any other relevant management systems.

Qualifications & Experience

•Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical, Civil / Structural engineering or any other related fields

•4- 6 years’ experience in a similar role

•Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design related software

•Versatile in Primavera, MS Project

•Proficient in equipment installation and maintenance

•Use of Microsoft offices – Excel, Words and PowerPoint

•Good communication skills – oral and written

•Time management and report writing skills

•Problem solving and strategic thinking skills
