Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day mining operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and compliance with the mining act.
• Implement and manage safety programs to create a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Supervise and coordinate mining activities to achieve production targets efficiently and within set timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and authorities to ensure compliance with mining regulations.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of mining professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
• Utilize your mining engineering expertise to enhance operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the mining site.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Mining Site Manager, with a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of mining safety practices, mining acts, and regulations.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
