Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Craft innovative and classic cocktails, taking pride in presentation and flavor.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the bar’s beverage offerings, including spirits, wines, and unique concoctions.
• Collaborate with the team to create and promote special cocktails and events.
• Uphold bar policies, follow health and safety regulations, and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Train and supervise bar staff to maintain a high standard of service.
• Develop and update the bar menu to reflect current trends and customer preferences.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience as a Bartender and Mixologist in a high-end setting.
• Exceptional mixology skills and a creative approach to crafting cocktails.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverage pairings.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with precision.
• Attention to detail and a focus on providing personalized service.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Bartender, or Mixologist in a high-end establishment for a minimum of 1 year.
• Additional training in mixology, bar management, or related fields is a plus.
