- Achievement of agreed company sales targets for Clear Beer & FABs
- Achievement of Order generation KPIs
- Ensure availability of ZB brands in channel as per set out Targets
Market And Promotion Execution
- KPI standards maintained
- Implement & control all consumer & customer promotions
- Align with 3rd Party
Asset Control
Ensure all assets are performing according to KPI standards
Trade Execution
Implement all programs agreed in the Annula business 1YP and to plan in terms of timing, standards & general implementation
Plans reviewed quarterly & refocus where necessary
Market execution as per 1YP
Sales Opportunities
Volume opportunities addressed appropriately. E.g. National Group Accounts
Volume opportunities leveraged through prospecting new customers (Business development)
Customer Relationship Management
Accountability for External & Internal customer service improvement & maintenance.
Implement NPS to measure customer satisfaction
Ensure 95% customer satisfaction score as measure through NPS
Route Plan Management
Operational issues affecting sales resolved with Operations Manager on daily basis
Outlets managed and called on according to set call schedule (Call compliance)
Administration
Weekly & Monthly sales report: volume & narrative
Monthly KPI report analyzed
Monthly KPI status updated
Competitor activity report
Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key performance indicators (KPIs)

Experience in implementing consumer and customer promotions, as well as managing assets and trade execution
