Main Responsibilities
Data collection and analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data from various sources to track program progress and outcomes; Report writing: Help prepare reports and presentations to share findings and insights with stakeholders; Indicator development: Contribute to developing and refining indicators to measure program impact; Data visualization: Assist in creating visualizations to communicate data insights effectively; Literature reviews: Conduct reviews of relevant literature to inform M&E frameworks and approaches; Fieldwork support: Participate in fieldwork, such as surveys, focus groups, or interviews, to collect data; Tool development: Assist in developing tools, such as questionnaires, surveys, or databases, to support M&E efforts; Stakeholder engagement: Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders to share findings and inform program decisions; Capacity building: Receive training and mentorship to develop your M&E skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications and Skills.
- A recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years) with a degree in a relevant field such as Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, Sociology, Statistics.
- Basic knowledge of statistical software packages (SPSS, STATA or R) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access)
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
