Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, Epidemiology, Health Information Sciences, or similar field of study with minimum 3-4 years of experience with program monitoring and information management
Background and experience with monitoring and evaluation of HIV program is essential.
Competencies:
- Electronic databases Management, ability to analyse program data and inform program planning and implementation, ability to compile quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
- Experience of working in non-governmental health sector
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Data collection, analysis, reporting and reviews
- M & E implementation plans and processes for reporting of programme activities
- Review current M&E tools or develop new tools for effective reporting of programme
indicators - Review and adapt existing reporting templates
- Routinely conduct data and programme quality assurance
- Manage programme database and ensure it is up to date
- Coordinate and support programme evaluation and research
- Perform any other reasonable duties that may be directed by the Project Lead
