Main purpose of the job

Design and implement an effective Monitoring and Evaluation system for UTB while running
the support function of research, collecting
Minimum qualifications and certifications
-
Minimum qualifications is a Bachelor’s Degree in statistics or Economics or
Developmental Economics.

Desired additional qualifications are post graduate diploma and/or Master’s
degree in M&E , Economics or Statistics.
-
Knowledge of M&E frameworks and ability to design data collection tools
-
Report writing and data visualisation skills
-
Three years’ experience in Research Projects, Monitoring
