The objective of the consultant’s service is to develop a National Strategy for the Effective and Sustainable Management of Hospital Waste based on a diagnostic study of the challenges faced by FOSAs.
Tasks/Responsibility
Carry out a diagnostic study of the national situation on the management of the hospital waste sector, based on the analysis of institutional, technical, financial, and organizational constraints
Develop a Strategy that takes into account the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats resulting from this study, accompanied by a budgeted five-year action plan and a monitoring and evaluation plan
Develop a communication plan for the ownership of the policy by the various stakeholders.

An advanced university degree (master’s or higher) specializing in Public Health, Health Administration/Economics, and Environmental Management.
The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in hospital waste management.
Have a good knowledge of the Cameroonian environment in terms of health care service management.
Have a very good command of the French language.
