Education:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Gender Studies, Social Work, Demography, Social Science, International Development or other related fields.
Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in GBV-related activities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Drafting, analytical and writing skills, ability to communicate with range of stakeholders.
- Essential GIS mapping, experience with Microsoft packages and graphical software is mandatory.
- Previous experience with information management system is an advantage.
- Demonstrated understanding of issues related to confidentiality, data safety and other ethical concerns related to the sharing on sensitive data between humanitarian agencies.
- Ability to understand and adapt to complex and dynamic situations
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Have excellent communication and human relation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Ability to multitask when required.
Languages:
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of other major local language is desirable.
