Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans and activities to achieve Share Vision Network’s programmatic goals and objectives at the national level.
Coordinate and manage program activities, including project planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation.
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to design and implement program interventions that address identified needs and priorities.
Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements, organizational policies, and legal regulations throughout program implementation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, including training and capacity building initiatives.
Support fundraising efforts by contributing to the development of grant proposals, concept notes, and donor reports.
Represent Share Vision Network in meetings, conferences, and forums related to program areas.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in international development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or coordination, preferably in the NGO sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing programs, including budget management and reporting.
Strong understanding of human rights, social justice issues, and development challenges in [specific region/country].
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
