The WASH Behavior Change Communication Coordinator is responsible for organizing the field level project implementation in project targeted schools. She/He is responsible for the formulation of WASH clubs, build the capacity of school WASH clubs, and work closely with the schools as well as government’s technical department to ensure project work is in line with their guidelines and compliance as well. She/He closely work with other project staff- WASH Engineer and Project Technician.
Required Qualifications:
• The candidates should have at least 5 years of similar experience with I/NGOs and government especially in rural Tanzania with graduate in Public health/Development Studies/Environmental Science or equivalent degree with focus on WASH. Solid working experience in water supply, sanitation and hygiene particularly focusing on WASH behavior change communications.
