What you will be doing:

  • Efficient workforce management (Transport, Sorting Center , Reverse ) – Administrative management
  • Training and integration of new agents
  •  Implementation and monitoring of new project / operational process.
  • Operational management of the sorting center while respecting SLAs per delivery zone.
  • Management of logistics teams and equipment.
  • Transport cost management via optimization of outbound item flow.
  • Collaborate efficiently with other departments
  • Shipping parcels by Pickup Station, Door Delivery to logistics Transport providers.
  • Understand the tasks and responsibilities of the team in order to be aware of changes in processes, tools and work methodologies: this may involve carrying out agents’ operational and field activities, at the request of Management over a set period of time
  • Supervise daily Transport operations of Sorting Center and Reverse teams
  • Ensure that Network Operations teams understand all KPIs and operational measures established to improve them.
  • Improve the Customer Promise via the E2E KPIs I.e. process outgoing FIFO etc.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives, coordinate efforts, and drive results in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support operational needs.
