Applicants should be holders of BSc Honours Degree in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
 The applicants should also be willing to assist members of academic staff with research
work.
 The applicants should have experience of carrying out dietetics practical for under graduate
and post graduate students.
 Proven working experience in Nutrition and Dietetics sector can be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
 Nutrition Assessment Methods (biochemical, anthropometry, clinical).
 Dietary intake assessment.
 Food service management.
 Menu planning.
