Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts field investigations into any reported or suspected improprieties and obtains further evidence.
• Carries out field investigations into conduct of businesses of insolvent companies.
• Prepares regular reports to the Senior Investigation Officer
• Prepares and submits regular reports as and when required.
• Assesses the scope and determines the methodology needed to carry out an efficient investigation, including the need to evaluate the demand for specialized assistance and support.
• Attends court as a witness, gives evidence during trials on behalf of the Official Receiver.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Senior Investigation Officer

Key Outputs

• To carry out investigations on persons (natural and corporate) who are under the control of the Official Receiver

Qualification and Experience

•   An Honors’ University Degree in Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from recognized institution.
