Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea for staff and visitors.
- Assist with the setup for meetings or events.
- Maintain cleanliness and usability in the tea areas and other assigned work areas.
- Deliver documents, packages, and newspaper distribution securely between offices.
- Run errands such as purchasing meeting snacks among others.
- Provide backup support for reception or administrative tasks when needed.
- Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning or filing documents.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the line supervisor.
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Education and Professional Qualifications
- Uganda Advanced Level Certificate of Education or
- Uganda Certificate of Education with an additional certificate in catering or food management.
Working Experience
Minimum of one year experience in food management or cleaning role.
