Responsibilities
The Office Orderly is responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at the office premises, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and conducive to a productive working atmosphere. The main functions are listed as:
Clean and sanitize office areas, including floors, desks, and common spaces.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, bathrooms, and meeting rooms.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
Dust and polish furniture and office equipment.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Supervisor.
Ensure that cleaning supplies are stored and managed properly.
Follow safety guidelines in using cleaning materials and equipment.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of three (3) O-Level passes
Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
Basic Literacy and numeracy skills for performing day-to-day tasks effectively.
Good physical condition for performing cleaning tasks
