To support in the maintainance of a clean working environment by keeping all offices, restrooms and office environs clean. The role is also responsible for the provision of tea services and ensuring that the required provisions are available and maintained at all times.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning of all offices every morning and as and when necessary.
- Cleaning of rest rooms every morning and checking throughout the day
- Timely preparation of teas, cleaning kitchen utensils and keeping clean towels
- Filing up water dispensers with clean water
- Assist with receiving and record keeping for stocks and inventory at the office
- Replenishing of kitchen stocks ensuring adequate supplies
- Ensure that all doors and windows are locked at the end of each working day
- Assist at the reception area as and when necessary
KNOWLEDGE/ QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 Ordinary levels.
- A Certificate in House-keeping or Catering is an added advantage.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a timely and cost effective way.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to keep confidentiality
- Good public relations
- A clean personal outlook is required
