Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their energy needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Provide accurate information and technical advice on our products, including home solar systems, solar water pumps, and CCTV systems.
- Generate leads, conduct market research, and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and advancements in solar technology.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Chingola.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of home solar systems, solar water pumps, and CCTV systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Craft certificate in a related field will be an added advantage.
Remuneration:
The salary for this position is K1500 per month, with the potential to earn additional income through sales commissions.
